Merit's Shock-X™ movement  is designed to offer the pointer-dampening, vibration resistance of a glycerine filled gauge without the need for glycerine! Eliminating the need for glycerine filling prevents the yellowing that occurs due to heat and UV rays and lowers shipping costs due to reduced weight. This gauge is manufactured using a 304 stainless steel case and bayonet ring and 316 stainless steel bourdon tube and socket. A micrometer adjustable pointer and a Laminated Safety Glass lens are standard. Accuracy is +/- 1% full scale and Merit's 7-year warranty applies. Standard ranges are single scale psi only or dual scale psi/Bar or psi/kPa. Other ranges are available upon request. Offered in both bottom and lower back connection with 1/4" NPT for ranges <=1,000 psi, and 1/2" NPT for ranges >=1,000 psi as standard. Threads in BSP or BSPT are also available.
